Andrew Pierce and Ashley Hudson became deeply entwined after they first met. Ashley was 17 and hadn't had a boyfriend, so Andrew and Ashley took things very slow. The two fell in love on first glance. Andrew requested God to do one last aspect to do on New Year's Day just before 2016and that was when Ashley said yes to marrying Andrew. Ashley was looking for an authentic folk-style wedding which reflected her as well as Andrew. To create their perfect wedding, the couple took a bit from everything they love. The wedding venue was the back 40 acres of the property Ashley was raised on. Ashley knew the whole area, having walked through it and played there. Andrew, Ashley and their friends had already walked in this area several times when they began to date. It was important to personalize the wedding since nearly every aspect involved the DIY of the bride and groom. Ashley painted and made a lot of the decorations. Andrew and Ashley's father created the ceremony seating and arch. The wedding wouldn't have had the magical feel I had imagined it would if we hadn't had Anna's incredible floral designs. Ashley says of the owner the company Magnolia Belle Floral. Absolutely stunning.
